Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:

This agreement applies to all types of interactions between the consumer and the store and becomes effective immediately upon your acceptance and registration in the store, pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

The preamble above is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below are the definitions of key terms used in this agreement:

1. (Store): This includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether as an electronic application, website, or physical shop.
2. (Consumer): The person engaging in e-commerce to obtain the products or services provided by the store via its electronic platform.
3. (Agreement): This refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern the relationship between the parties involved.

Article 2 – Legal Eligibility of the Consumer:

1. The consumer confirms that they are legally competent, religiously and systemically, to deal with the store, or that they are at least 18 years of age.
2. The consumer agrees to bear responsibility for any violation of this article.

Article 3 – Nature of Commitment:

1. The store’s obligation to consumers is to provide a product or service.
2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales support depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4 – Usage Regulations:

1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s platform in accordance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer agrees not to use any purchased product or service in violation of public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

When you apply for membership in the store, you must:

1. Provide accurate information and choose a username and secure password.
2. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and notify the store of any unauthorized use.
3. The store will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
4. You must use your account personally and bear full responsibility for its usage.
5. You agree to use the store seriously and honestly.
6. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and updated personal information.
7. The store commits to handling your personal data confidentially.
8. If false or illegal data is provided, the store reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account without affecting its legal rights.
9. In case of any violation of the above, the store may suspend or cancel your account or prevent you from accessing its services.

Article 6 – Electronic Communication and Official Channels:

1. The parties agree that communication will occur via the registered email address.
2. The consumer agrees that electronic notifications and agreements carry the same legal weight as written ones.
3. The store may broadcast general or specific messages to consumers through the platform.

Article 7 – Amendments to Terms and Fees:

1. If any article or clause becomes void, the rest of the agreement remains effective.
2. This agreement may be amended periodically based on operational needs.
3. The store may impose fees depending on the services or products requested or in accordance with government-imposed taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to add, reduce, or waive any fees under the terms of this agreement.

Article 8 – Payment and Billing Services:

1. The store provides payment systems via its partners and various payment methods.
2. The store commits to displaying service or product prices based on common market values.
3. The store must provide invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations to consumers.
4. The store must comply with standard accounting principles in its financial operations.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property:

1. All intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether established before or after this platform’s launch.
2. The consumer agrees to respect all intellectual property rights, including names, trademarks, slogans, and symbols belonging to the store.

Article 10 – Store Responsibility:

1. The store commits to operating legally under the laws of Saudi Arabia and this agreement.
2. The store is not responsible for claims arising from errors or negligence, whether by consumers or third parties like shipping companies.
3. The store and its owners and representatives confirm that all products and services offered are legal and approved under Saudi law.

Article 11 – Account Suspension or Restriction:

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or restrict access at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.

Article 12 – Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 – General Provisions:

1. If any article becomes invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
2. This agreement constitutes the full understanding and legal framework between the store and the consumer.
3. The Arabic version of this agreement is the official version for interpretation or translation.
4. Prices may change from time to time.
5. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled by the store at any time.
6. The parties agree to act within the framework of Sharia and local laws.
7. This agreement can only be terminated by an official decision from the store’s management.
