1. How can I return a product after purchase?

You can contact us via WhatsApp and provide the order details you wish to return. (Please review our Return and Exchange Policy).




2. What is the shipping duration?

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and the destination region or country.

In general, delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes between 3 to 7 business days.




3. Can I request a photo of a specific product?

4. What are the steps to place an order?


Step 1:

Register on the website (if you are a new customer). You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email — please check your spam or junk folder.

If you already have an account, simply log in.


Step 2:

Go to the homepage and choose the category you’re interested in.

Then click on the product to view its details, zoom in, and review the specifications.


Step 3:

Once you approve the product, select the size or variant, then choose whether you want gift wrapping and a greeting card.

If not, select “No wrapping - No greeting card,” then choose the quantity and click “Add to Cart.”


Step 4:

You’ll see the product details (excluding shipping fees). Then click “View Cart” to review your order, apply any available discount or gift vouchers, and preview estimated shipping costs.

If you don’t have any vouchers, you can skip that step.


Step 5:

Click on the “Shipping” icon to choose the destination. Once selected, the system will update the shipping cost.

Click “Submit” to confirm, and the shipping cost will appear.

Then click “Confirm Shipping” to view the full invoice including the product price, shipping fee, and applicable taxes (tax is applied only to the product, not to the shipping fee).

You will see the final total to be paid using the available payment methods.


Step 6:

Click on “Place Order.”

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with the invoice details — please check your spam or junk folder.
